This Sunday, you can enjoy this weekly dining extravaganza accompanied by live jazz with Ben Tucker and Friends and a specially crafted beer-inspired menu created by Executive Chef Roger Michel.

At the sauté station:
Mussels Steamed in Spiced Beer with Andouille Sausage and Jalapeno Sweet Relish Jelly Beer
Battered Local Flounder Filets, Hand Sliced Paprika Dusted Sweet Potatoes Chips, Oven Roasted Sun-dried Tomato Caper Remoulade
Pan-Grilled Beer Marinated Hanger Steak Topped With Sweetgrass Dairy Farm Blue Cheese Crumbles, Okra and Sweet Vidalia Onion Marmalade
At the flambé station:
Banana and Georgia Peach Fritters with Stout Crème Anglaise and Vanilla Sugar
In addition to the special beer-inspired creations, the Jazz Brunch menu includes an exquisite array of culinary delights from the Omelet Station, Pasta Station, Bananas Foster Station, as well as a delectable selection of seafood options prepared a la minute.
Plus, seasonal selections, a decadent and awe-inspiring Dessert Table, Mimosas and more! (alcohol served starting at 12:30 pm, per Georgia state law.)
