Holly Day Cheers Downtown On Nov. 27 Offers A World Tour Of Wine

The Savannah Convention and Visitors’ Bureau has expanded its holiday downtown festivities and rebranded the event as “Holly Days.”

holly days The two-day event now includes a Friday, Nov. 27, wine tasting dubbed Holly Day Cheers. Participants will walk Broughton street, stopping in one of four tasting tents that will feature wines of The Americas, Spain and Italy, France and Germany and Australia and New Zealand.

The tasting will be conducted from 6-9 p.m. throughout the Holiday Marketplace on Broughton Street. Cost is $20 per person. Admission wristbands will be for sale preceding the event at a booth near the intersection of Abercorn and Broughton streets.

Other events of the weekend include ice skating, holiday movies at the Lucas Theater and more.
