Tuesday, Dec. 1, 6:30 p.m., $60 pp++, Make your reservation by calling (912) 236-1772 or stopping in and talking to the bartender. 416 W. Liberty St.

distilleryChef Matt Kubiak and The Distillery crew were inspired by the off-centered Dogfish Head beer Pangea as they devised this novel menu.

Pangea is brewed with an ingredient form each continent. For the dinner, Chef Matt is using an ingredient of the beer in each course — a true ’round the world beer and food experience.

Also this evening, details will be unveiled about the long-awaited Distillery Beer Club, there will be raffles for DFH SWAG and Distillery goodies — as well as a DVD appearance by DFH founder Sam Caligione.

The menu looks like this:

Amuse
DFH Midas Touch

1st course
Scallop, shitake and orange salad
DFH Red + White

2nd course
Cashew chicken curry
DFH 60-Minute IPA

3rd course

DFH Raison D’etre

4th course

To close…DFH Pangea and a fine cigar!
